LovedbyOne does not bill insurance directly. We are a private-pay mobile lab service, which keeps our pricing transparent and allows us to come to you without the paperwork delays that often come with insurance-based labs.

Yes. We offer a 25% discount for Medicare patients. Please mention your Medicare status when booking so we can apply the discount to your appointment.

Yes. We accept FSA and HSA cards for payment. Mobile blood draws and lab screenings are commonly eligible expenses, but we recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have any questions about eligibility.

No referral is needed. You can book most of our panels directly through our online booking form. If your test requires a specific lab order, we will let you know before your appointment.

We serve Calabasas and the greater Los Angeles area, including the San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and surrounding communities.

After you book online or by phone, a certified phlebotomist arrives at your chosen location at the scheduled time. Most draws take under 10 minutes, and you receive a PDF lab report within 24–48 hours.

Follow any fasting instructions provided when you book. For cholesterol and many metabolic panels, fasting for 8–12 hours is usually recommended. Drink water and continue taking prescribed medications unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

Most results are delivered as a PDF to your email within 24–48 hours of your draw. If a test is sent to a specialty lab, timing may vary slightly.
